What to Expect

You’ll sign on 5 minutes early for registration as you get situated and comfortable, and make sure you’ve brought a journal to write down what comes through for you.

I’ll begin by sharing what to expect and answering any questions before we begin.

During the journey, you may sit comfortably in a chair or lie down on a bed or couch. Do not join the call while driving.

We’ll take short breaks in between each segment (past / present / future) so you can write down any insights you’ve received or record them on a voice memo app.

Then, we’ll gather at the end for optional shares and a brief Q&A.

This is for seekers and soulful creatives who feel called to understand their deeper soul story, heal at the root, and move forward with more clarity on the true meaning behind their soul longings and lessons.

No prior experience with hypnosis or meditation required.

I’m the author of Messages from the Higher Self, a book of beautiful channeled messages that came through my clients’ Higher Selves while they were under hypnosis.

As a Level 2 Quantum Healing Hypnosis Practitioner, trained under Dolores & Julia Cannon, I’ll hold space for you to open your channel to receive wisdom and guidance so you can form a stronger connection with your Higher Self going forward in the future.

This is like a mini version of a full Higher Self Session, which are 1-on-1 sessions for channeling your Higher Self under hypnosis.
