So many people spend their lives questioning the meaning of their lives… and life in general. Why are we here? What are we meant to be doing with our lives? What actually matters beyond what we’ve been taught to chase?
What the Soul Knows is meant to be an exploration into these deeper questions, with each author sharing a personal story that reveals something deeper about the human journey and what our souls may be here to experience or understand, so the reader can observe it through many different lenses, and come to better understand the true purpose of their own life.
The Writing Prompt
Share the story of an experience that helped you understand something important about the greater meaning, purpose, or mission of your soul’s journey in this lifetime – and how it has shaped your philosophy on what you feel we’re ALL meant to be doing with our lives on Earth.
This could be a challenge, a turning point, a relationship, a loss, a spiritual awakening, a realization about your higher calling in your career (or outside of it), or a moment when everything suddenly made sense in a new way!
Through this experience, what did you come to believe about why we are here? What do you feel our souls are learning through the human experience?
Bring us into your story as if we are experiencing it for ourselves – the feelings, the emotions, the turn of events. Then, end your chapter by reflecting on the lesson your soul discovered and how that insight now shapes the way you live.
Who we’re looking for…
We welcome heartfelt stories from spiritual seekers, healers, creatives, coaches, and thoughtful individuals who feel called to share the wisdom life has revealed to them. You do not need to consider yourself to be a “writer”. And you do not need to have everything figured out in your life! You only need the willingness to tell the truth about something life has taught you.
Because sometimes the most powerful wisdom comes from simply sharing what the soul has come to understand along the way.

Contributor Responsibilities
All chapters will go through a professional editing process, with space for one round of revisions after feedback. The final book will offered in eBook & Paperback with full-color illustrations, and sold on all of the major book retailer websites.
Chapter Submission Deadline: July 15, 2026
Final Edits Due: August 15, 2026
Estimated Book Release: November 10, 2026

You do not need to have a perfect business or have everything figured out. You only need real world experience – moments where you’ve had to listen to yourself, make decisions from within, and discover what works for you (even if it’s not what you were taught or told).
Because some of the most valuable business insights don’t come from following a formula… they come from learning how to trust yourself!
